commonly known as "personal injury". Michael G. Barer has been practicing personal injury law in Montana for over 25
years. Some of the firm's areas of concentration in personal injury are:
- Serious Personal Injury: This includes Motor Vehicle Accidents, Head and Spinal Injuries, Burn
Cases and Pedestrian Accidents.
- Medical Malpractice: This includes Physician, Nurse & Hospital Errors, Nursing Home Malpractice, Emergency
Room Errors, Labor & Delivery Errors, Surgical Mistakes and Prescription Errors. Medical professionals provide a
